Pricing: All prices displayed on the BreezePod website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, BreezePod reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged. If your payment method has already been charged for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize BreezePod to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your payment method.

Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, carrier performance, and other factors beyond our control. BreezePod is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. If a package is lost, damaged, or stolen after it has been delivered to the carrier, BreezePod will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in all cases.
Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. BreezePod is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment to a corrected address.
